ESTATE INVESTIGATIONS

Rata Social Services can assist you with requested estate investigations – an estate investigation is an investigation referred by the court or an attorney in order to determine the circumstances of the deceased next of kins and if they are eligible to the estate left by the deceased.  A report with a recommendation is then submitted to the court.

Cost of service:  R 1 500.00 all inclusive (investigation and report)

BOEDELONDERSOEKE

Rata Maatskaplike Dienste kan u help met boedelondersoeke –

Boedelondersoeke is ‘n ondersoek wat deur die hof of ‘n prokureur verwys word om die omstandighede van die oorledene se naasbestaandes te bepaal en of hulle in aanmerking kom vir die boedel wat deur die oorledene nagelaat is. ‘n Verslag met ‘n aanbeveling word dan by die hof ingedien.

Koste van diens: R 1 500.00 alles ingesluit (ondersoek en verslag)
