Program Manager (Brakpan, Heidelberg & Sedibeng)

Rata Social Services seeks to appoint a Program Manager for our East Rand Region (Gauteng Province), including Brakpan, Heidelberg and Vanderbijlpark (Sedibeng) offices.

Requirements:

  • Applicable BA Social Work degree
  • Registered with the SACSSP
  • Minimum of 6 years statutory experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Preferably a minimum of 1 year supervising co-workers
  • Ability to function optimally under pressure
  • Residing in the East Rand or willing to relocate
  • Computer literate and strong administrative skills
  • Have a valid driver’s licence (persons with only a learner’s licence will not be considered and a driving test is compulsory)

Rata Maatskaplike dienste benodig ‘n Maatskaplike werker in hul Pretoria kantoor, Gauteng.

Slegs aansoekers wie aan AL DIE ONDERSTAANDE KRITERIA voldoen moet aanlyn aansoeke instuur:

  • Toepaslike BA (Maatskaplike werk) Graad
  • Geregistreer by die SACSSP
  • In besit wees van ‘n geldige bestuurslisiensie en bestuurservaring (persone met ‘n leerlinglisensie sal nie in aanmerking geneem word nie en ‘n bestuurstoets is verpligtend)
  • Ervaring in statutêre werk (kinderbeskerming) sal as sterk aanbeveling dien
  • Tweetalig: om die spesifieke gemeenskap aan wie ons dienste lewer te bedien, moet kandidate Engels en Afrikaans verstaan, praat en skryf en in beide tale kan kommunikeer.  (kommunikasievaardighede sal getoets word).

Social Worker - ELSBURG

Rata Social Services seeks to appoint a bilingual Social Worker to be based in our Elsburg office, Gauteng.

Only applicants who MEET ALL THE CRITERIA BELOW need to apply online.

  • Applicable BA (Social work) Degree
  • Registered with the SACSSP
  • Have a valid driver’s license and driving experience (persons with only a learner’s license will not be considered and a driving test is compulsory)
  • Experience in statutory work (child protection services) is highly recommended
  • Bilingual: to serve the specific communities that we are responsible for, applicants have to understand, speak and write English and Afrikaans and be able to communicate well in both languages (this will be tested).
