RATA SOCIAL SERVICES CARES ABOUT OUR PRECIOUS ELDERLY AND PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES TO ENSURE THEIR WELL-BEING
Application for admission at Old Age Homes: investigating the current socio-emotional circumstances of the elderly in order to apply for admission at an Old Age Home.
Wellness Investigations: home visits and investigations to determine the elderly’s well-being and providing progress reports to the next of kin of the elderly.
COSTS OF SERVICES:
Applications to Old Age Homes R 470
Application: SASSA recipients – Interview and report R 90
Wellness investigation (included progress report): Once-off R 630
Wellness investigation: Package 1
1 x per month (progress report included with each visit)
Contract for 3 months; payable beforehand and once-off to qualify R 630
Wellness investigation: Package 2
1 x per 2 weeks (progress report included with each visit)
Contract for 3 months; payable beforehand and once-off to qualify R 1 300
Wellness investigation: Package 3
1 x per week (progress report included with each visit)
Contract for 3 months; payable beforehand and once-off to qualify R 2 500

Welstand ondersoek: ondersoek t.o.v die bejaarde persoon se welstand en voorsiening van ‘n vorderingsverslag aan naasbestaandes.
